COMPATIBILITY:
Infinity Blond is compatible with the procedures below, provided you wait the minimum specified interval.
Ammonium Thioglycolate;
Use after 4 months.
Guanidine;
Use after 6 months.
Coloring;
Use after 10 days.
Bleaching;
Use after 3 months. Note: Do not use on elastic hair.
INCOMPATIBILITY:
Infinity Blond is incompatible with hair that has undergone the following procedures:
Hair treated with Henê, Henna.

Insurance
All orders are insured during transit against theft and accidental damage. Once the package is delivered and signed for at the specified address, insurance coverage ends.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for it.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, refusal by the recipient, or because the package was not picked up from the local delivery point or customs office, the following conditions apply:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like the package to be resent, additional shipping fees must be paid in advance.
